South Florida Rapper Kodak Black was facing 12 years of jail time stemming from his Jan 18 2018 arrest. At the time he was charged with grand theft of a firearm, gun possession, drug possession, child neglect and probation violation just to name a few. Since then the possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, along with the third degree grand theft and the child neglect charges were all dropped but a few other minor charges were added.
According to The Blast Today April 16th The Broward County Court system has agreed for a 1 year sentence for the “Tunnel Vision” Rapper. Dieuson Octave pleaded guilty to 2 probation violations, driving with a suspended license and associating with people committing crimes.
With 3 months already served Kodak maybe out as soon as October of this year of course assuming he maintains good behavior.
Kodak’s Attorney Bradford Cohen is very pleased to say the least with this outcome, he took to his twitter page to share the major win for him and his client.
